Reading -
Answer the book. (REB) Connotation and Denotation. For pages, check the index.


Language -
We received a yellow paper from Ms. Ababon last friday. You have to make a symbol of your dream out of toothpicks. You can color, break, do anything you want with the toothpicks. Then, write a 5-8 sentence explanation of your symbol. Can be landscape or portrait. Due on Monday.


Civics -
On a half sheet of oslo paper, you can either make a cartoon editorial or a comic strip about the SONA. For the cartoon editorial, make a drawing of some sort relating to the SONA and add an explanation. Refer to the handout teacher gave us about the SONA. As Ms. Maralit said, don't draw horns or anything of that sort on GMA and no curse words. ;) Due on Monday.


Filipino-
Find an article about an environmental program the government is doing. That or you talk about the environment's current situation. It MUST be in filipino and you should PRINT it. Due on Monday.


Chinese -
Mopit on the da kai teacher gave us. Characters: 三 (ignore the underline. the word is "san" as in, 3.) and 士 due on Monday.

Chinese test on Tuesday. (It might be moved) About lesson 4's wen ti or question and answer.

Also, we will be reciting the went ti (question and answer) number 1-3 so be ready. (on Monday) You must also be ready with your script about TV shows. You must memorize it. It is an oral test.
